Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-16
1. General provisions and definitions
This document is a public offer to provide AI-powered image and video generation services ("Service", "Felizo") through the Telegram bot, the WhatsApp channel, and the web app. By creating an account, sending a message to the bot, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. "Tokens" means the internal unit of account you spend to run each generation; the token price and quantity for each operation are shown in the Service interface before you confirm it. "Content" means any image, video, text prompt, or other material you upload to or generate through the Service.
2. Payment and subscriptions
You can top up tokens with Telegram Stars, or with Stripe Checkout using a bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay; where available in your region, Stripe Checkout may also offer PIX or Mercado Pago as a payment method. The Service may also offer recurring subscription plans billed automatically through Stripe until cancelled; the price, billing interval, and cancellation method are shown before you confirm a subscription, and you can cancel it at any time from the Service interface. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already billed. All prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout.
3. Refunds
For purchases made with Telegram Stars, we process refunds through Telegram's refund mechanism on request; contact support and, if the purchase is eligible, we will issue the refund. For purchases made through Stripe — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PIX, Mercado Pago, and subscriptions — refunds follow Stripe's applicable rules and the relevant payment method's own process; contact support to request one. In every case, tokens already spent on a generation that completed successfully are non-refundable. If a generation fails for a technical reason on the Service's side, we will refund the tokens spent on it or, at our discretion, the related payment, provided you contact support within 7 days of the charge.
4. Content and user responsibility
You keep ownership of any photo, selfie, video, or other material you upload. By uploading it, you grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and use that material solely to produce the output you requested — including, where you use that feature, to train a personal LoRA avatar model from your photos — and to operate the Service, including sending your material to the third-party processors named in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you own or otherwise have the right to upload every photo and prompt you submit, that you have the consent of any other person who appears in an uploaded photo, and that your use of the Service does not infringe anyone's rights. You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, that depicts a real person without their consent (including sexual or intimate imagery), that sexualises a minor, or that otherwise violates applicable law or a third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violating this section.
The "My Twin" feature uses your photo, your voice, and a consent video to create your digital twin (a voice clone and a synthetic video in which you "speak" the script you write). This feature must only be used to create YOUR OWN twin, with your own face and voice; you may not use it to clone the voice or likeness of any other person without their express, verifiable consent. If you share a video generated by your twin outside the Service, it is your responsibility to make clear that it is AI-generated content whenever this is required by law or could otherwise mislead third parties. While providing your voice sample, you can choose to record a short video of yourself instead of audio only; that recording is used to prepare your twin and, optionally, as a base for possible future improvements to the feature — recording it is always optional, and choosing audio only has no effect on the result.
5. Watermark and public feed
Generations made with free tokens or otherwise marked as free in the Service interface carry a visible Felizo watermark. If you publish a generation to the Service's public feed, it becomes visible to every user of the Service, together with its prompt, thumbnail, and — depending on the feature — your public profile information. Do not publish anything you want to keep private. You can delete a published post at any time from the Service interface.
6. Referral program and promo codes
The Service may offer a referral program and promo codes that credit tokens or other benefits to your account. We record referral and promo-code activity to calculate and pay out these credits. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel credits, and suspend the accounts involved, where we reasonably determine that the activity is fraudulent, abusive, or not made in good faith — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated abuse.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that generation results will match your expectations, be error-free, or be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version in this section with an updated date. Material changes take effect once the new "Last updated" date is published; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Legal entity and contact
The Felizo service is operated by an individual entrepreneur (natural person). Country of operation: Brazil. Full identification of the operator is provided upon legitimate request via the contact e-mail. Contact e-mail: contato@felizo.org. For questions about these Terms, contact support through the "Settings" section of the Service.
